Matt talks about his journey in becoming the president of Cabrillo. He moved out of the research sector into more administrative work in local schools. His background is in statistical training. He went from research to teaching and back again a few times.

The importance of accessible education

Matt talks about the importance of education and what drove him to be passionate about his work. He comes from a family that had parents going back to school later in life. He wants to create better opportunities for others around him.
